At Long Lake Physiotherapy, we strive to provide the best care possible. To ensure we can accommodate all our patients in a timely manner, we ask that you adhere to the following cancellation and no-show policies:
- Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 24 business hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to other patients in need of care. - Late Cancellation Fee:
If you cancel an appointment within 24 business hours of the scheduled time, a $25 late cancellation fee will be charged. Please note: Monday appointments cancelled after 5pm Friday or over the weekend are subject to the late cancellation fee. - No-Show Fee:
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will be charged. - Repeated Cancellations or No-Shows:
Patients who frequently cancel or fail to show up for appointments may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be subject to further restrictions. - Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unavoidable circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to such reasons, please inform us as soon as possible. These situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
