Want to reduce your low back pain, recover from childbirth, or just get in shape?  Our physiotherapists will provide you with the education and instruction you need to effectively improve the strength of your core musculature.  Increase your strength and power using a physioball, BOSU ball, foam roller, balance board or bodyweight exercises.  Within a few treatment sessions, you will possess the tools you need to get in shape in the comforts of your own home.
